Several musical projects have taken place inside one of Temelin’s cooling towers. Violinists from the Czech and South Bohemian Philharmonic Orchestras performed here during a refueling outage.

The height of approximately 150 metres and the curved shape of the structure create a distinctive echo and resonance.

For a short time, the cooling tower’s interior was transformed into an acoustic stage.
